Context coming in
CRM connections can bring Gmail, calendar, and call context to sales. Fathom and Fireflies supply recorded-call context. Read-only Klaviyo connections support Homi reports and enabled QA checks.
Chapter 09 / Your Agency
Set up the team, decide who can do what, connect the tools you use, and make House feel like your agency. Keep the everyday operating choices in one shared home.
Built for ecommerce email agencies.
The idea of House, from the beginning
Own the house. Move the walls at will.
The welcome and setup guide helps the first Admin name the agency, set up teams, and invite people. User Management and the Admin center bring users, roles, groups, security settings, integrations, and support into a focused place.
Shape work stages, checklist templates, client options, role labels, and profile fields around your agency. People can use their own time zone and allowed color preferences; table controls let them arrange the information they work with. Customization should make the next action clearer.

Team messaging can use Slack, Discord, or email according to the agency’s configuration. Notifications and reviewed follow-ups point people back to the relevant work. Admin-managed automations support configured triggers and actions.
Live Activity · A fictional agency
A little more of the agency, visible.
Manage users, roles, access sets, and profile visibility. Two-step sign-in and security controls live with administration. Feature-specific boundaries still apply, including private reviews and owner-controlled Economics.
Support provides a place for a bug, feature request, concern, access question, or billing issue, with a conversation the person can return to.
Agency Admins can request a data export and ask House to delete the agency. These are deliberate agency controls, not promises that an import from another system is already available.
No. House has agency communication choices for Slack, Discord, and email. The available delivery methods depend on the channel and its setup; a messaging connection is not permission for Homi to read its conversations.
House includes configured integrations, API access, and an authorized MCP connection to the Talk To It tool surface. Those connections have their own scope and setup; they do not bypass House permissions.
The public sandbox and guided import are not available yet. We will say when they are ready.
Your Agency, in the whole House
The shared structure holds the work together. The people, their choices, and their way of doing things make it your agency.
The connections serve the work: a follow-up can reach the agency’s chosen channel, while a link brings the person back to the relevant record.
