Chapter 03 / Clients

Make room for the relationship.

Give each brand a home for its people, plans, work, and relationship history—from the first onboarding steps to an orderly handover when the engagement ends.

Built for ecommerce email agencies.

Start with a shared picture.

The Clients Hub gives the team a way into each brand: its status, pod, kickoff, and the people responsible. A pod is a group of teammates serving a set of clients. On the client record, keep service details, assets, useful links, communication details, and named owners close to the work.

Connected Fathom and Fireflies calls can bring summaries and action items into the client’s Notetaker view. Action items can be added to work. A conversation becomes useful context for the people who need to act on it, within the access House allows.

The standard for the Clients Hub

Pretty, simple. Pretty simple.

Jordan ParisFounder, House · October 6, 2026

A shared relationship does not mean a shared internal workspace.

For the brand

Invited contacts see their onboarding steps, published review content, comments, and a calendar of published work. They can complete their steps and join the conversation around that work.

For the agency

The team prepares client-facing content. Internal notes, staffing information, capacity, and financial details are not automatically copied into the portal.

A signal is the beginning of a conversation.

Client health gives the account manager reasons to investigate. A late launch, a review waiting for a response, or an onboarding step that has stalled can matter for different reasons. The status helps surface the situation; it does not replace knowing the client.

When a client turns At risk, an enabled Homi event job can draft a recovery plan. The people responsible review the draft and decide how to respond. Nobody should mistake a generated plan for a conversation already had.

What the brand can do

Can clients see our internal task notes?

The portal shows deliberately prepared client-facing content. Internal task notes and links are not automatically published there.

Does the portal include approval buttons and image annotations?

Not yet. The current experience includes onboarding, published review content, comments, and the calendar. Formal approvals and annotations remain future work.

Clients, in the whole House

Keep the relationship bigger than the record.

A clear home for the details leaves the account manager better placed to listen, interpret, and care.

A health signal can point back to late delivery. The account manager can open the work and understand the next step with the team.
